Singapore sign a contract with Malaysia to buy water from Malaysia but the contract is going to end. And also, Singapore cannot keep on buying water from Malaysia. Without water, Singaporean cannot survive. That is why Singaporean came up with NEWater to generate water for us to survive. Thus we find our way to survive and prosper, turning challenge into opportunity.
